Superior Walls of America supplied the foundation wall system for the Southport project. This system was installed in just one day and saved us over three weeks of construction time.   Insulspan provided the structural insulated panels (SIPS) for the Southport project. The SIPS replace standard 2X4 exterior walls on our project. We were really impressed with the Insulspan products and believe this style of construction is the wave of the future. Our framer, Tim Duvall was really impressed with how easy the panels went together. Our interior designer, Scott Carpenter was really excited to be able to hang a picture anywhere without having to find a stud. Boral Bricks provided the bricks for the project house. The style of the bricks is called FRENCH QUARTER. They are manufactured from a wood mould much like bricks would have been made in the early 1900's. This gives our reproduction style house an authentic Victorian appearance. ATLAS ROOFING CORPORATION was the supplier of the beautiful ALPINE shingles on The Southport project. We chose the Woodland Green color. The half rounded shingles gave our Victorian house the distinctive look we were after. The cost for the shingles was less than $300 more than "normal" architectural shingles. Tradesman Tools provided the GRANDSTAND adjustable work table used on The New Home Show. All of our construction crews and production crews used the Grandstand.
